On Wednesday Art Club visited the University of Hertfordshire's Art and Design Department. They followed a sculpture trail that included original works by Andy Goldsworthy and Barbara Hepworth and were able to view the final year degree student's art work which was exhibited in an amazing gallery. They had the chance to chat to some of the artists and even handle some of the 3D creations. During the afternoon they took part in a workshop creating their own art based on the work of Steve McPherson. It was a fantastic day and the children behaved exceptionally well.
