ADD-Vance are offering a free online introductory workshop for parents/carers of neurodivergent children and young people up to 18 years, entitled 'Exploring AuDHD' on Friday 25th September, 10-11.30am.

This workshop aims to support parents/carers:

• To review the main characteristics of autism and ADHD
• To explore the experience of being AuDHD
• To consider strategies to support AuDHDers
