As part of our Science lessons recently, we have been learning about teeth. We learnt about the different types of teeth we have and the structure of a tooth. We have also been learning about how to look after our teeth. We then decided to test what happens if you don't look after your teeth and how different liquids can cause tooth decay. We didn't have any spare teeth lying around so we used eggs instead and explored the impact on the shells.

We put eggs into orange juice, tea, coke and milk for 3 days and then observed the impact of the liquid on the eggs. We planned our experiment and then wrote it up with a Method, results and  a conclusion. Please ask us if you would like to hear our findings.
