In Geography, we have been looking at traffic and parking near our school. The children completed surveys to see how much traffic came past in 10 minutes. Over 20 cars, 3 buses, 4 vans and a bicycle! We also looked at when and how many cars were parked in school and on the orads nearby.

For Science, the children have been learning about plants. We went on the field and in the nature area to spot some wild flowers. There were lots of daisies!

It was lovely to welcome so many parents and grandparents into school last week to celebrate 80 years since VE day. Such important memories to keep alive, and we loved hearing all about the different experiences.

We also completed the mini-marathon with every child running 12 laps of the track.
